Who we are
We're a company of around 100 consultants, developers, business and functional analysts, enterprise architects, and agile coaches, working on demanding, business-critical projects for major organizations. Many of our consultants are AI experts in their own right.
What ties it together is a simple conviction: technology is only as good as the people who build it. That's why we've put as much care into building our team and our culture as into the solutions we deliver.

We built Satellit so the people doing the work are looked after as well as the work itself. The result is a team that stays, grows, and cares about doing things properly.
We back conviction with proof
We didn't wait for AI to become a headline to invest in it — our consultants have held ML and data credentials for well over a decade, and our co-founder Patrick was deep in neural networks back in 2018.

The people behind Satellit
An enterprise architect at heart. Before co-founding Satellit, he worked across major Belgian organizations in energy and the public sector, building deep expertise in enterprise architecture and software design. Passionate about AI since diving into deep learning and neural networks in 2018 — well before generative AI made it fashionable — that early conviction is a big part of why AI runs through everything Satellit does.
Over twenty years in IT consulting and services. Before co-founding Satellit, he developed deep expertise in talent management, business development, and client partnerships. He has always believed successful digital transformation starts with people, not technology alone — a conviction that has shaped Satellit's culture from day one. As COO he oversees operations and keeps long-term relationships at the heart of everything we do.
